The Main River Deck: Our entire main deck from 45 to 55 guests. It is outside and has canopy shade available during lunch, and it naturally shaded early in the evening. We may use planters to separate your private event from other restaurant patrons. 

 

The Bar Deck: This is for 20 to 30 guests. This has two group tables. One standard table of 12 and one high-top table for 10 guests. There are 8 seats at the Bar for a maximum total of 30 guests. 

 

Dining Room: We can host 18 guests inside our intimate dining room. This is a single room with two tables of 10 and 6 guests each. 

 

The Entire Brevardian Riverfront may be “rented out” from Sunday, Tuesday- Thursday from 56 to 106 people by a combination of these three configurations.

Private Events Coordination:

We are happy to have a site coordination prior to your private dining event. 

We also provide gift tables, VIP tables & dining table configurations within fire code limitations. 

We will coordinate a time for decorations you may wish bring for your event. 

 

Basic Terms & Conditions

• We require a 20-day advanced reservation for your Private Events to secure your date. 

• We seek 30-day advance to book the entire restaurant. 

• Private event reservations require a 25% refundable deposit to book & to hold your date. 

• This deposit is refundable until 7 days prior to your event. 

• Weather Plan: Naturally, weather is not completely predictable and we work with our guest to adjust around significant weather events. We make every effort to accommodate around weather. If needed we make weather determination with you 48 hours prior to your event and will either adjust your event start time, or if needed, move your event to the next day or the second following day.
