Christmas Eve Brunch Menu
Course 1 Winter Salad:
A blend of winter lettuces, herbed vinaigrette, shaved red onion and fennel, deviled egg with bacon jam, micro greens
Course 2 Petite Quiche
A personal sized quiche made with our rich cream custard base, extra sharp cheddar, chive and potato
Course 3 Choice of:
The Brevardian Brunch Board:
This board serves two and comes with a petite veggie hash and over easy egg, small shrimp and grits, citrus scented waffle bourbon maple syrup and honey butter, seasonal fruit and millionaire house bacon
Brevardian Benedict:
Delectable English muffin toast topped with choice of house crab cake, griddled serrano ham or sauteed spinach with garlic and shallot, poached egg and our incredible aerated hollandaise sauce
Chef Patricia’s Prime Rib Station:
Enjoy an 8oz slice of house smoked rare prime rib served at our live carving station with Chef Patricia! Our Prime Rib option is served with Brevardian Scrambled Eggs (soft scrambled eggs finished with creme fraiche and chives) and house breakfast potato.
Course 4 Christmas Sweet Spot:
Finish your meal with a holiday plate of house made dessert samples to savor with a final cup of coffee
